Yana Popkostova at EU Ambassadors Annual Conference 2022
On 10-18 October, Yana Popkostova was invited to the EU Ambassadors Annual Conference in Brussels to chair a panel on ‘Competition over resources: Towards confrontation or cooperation?’ which sought to unpack the current energy challenges and design concrete levers to bolster European energy and climate diplomacy in a fragmented world.
