Horizon 2014: sub-Saharan Africa

In 2014, Sub-Saharan Africa will remain high on the EU’s agenda. While some countries will continue to face the consequences of crises that escalated in the course of the past twelve months, in other countries several upcoming elections have the potential to revive frozen tensions or exacerbate existing ones.
