Europe Open Doors Day 2014

17 May 2014

On Saturday 17 May, the EU institutions opened their doors to the public at the annual EU Open Day in Brussels. EUISS representatives manned a stand in the Atrium of the Justus Lipsius building, providing information about the work of the Institute in several languages and distributing a variety of publications. Across from the EU Satellite Centre and alongside Council bodies and representatives of the European External Action Service (including CSDP missions), the EUISS team welcomed many interested visitors from a variety of backgrounds. The Council’s doors were open from 10:00 to 18:00, and a steady flow of visitors enjoyed guided tours in order to discover more about the European Union and its current activities.
