Yana Popkostova at Europe Regional Deep-Dive event
On 13-14 April, Yana Popkostova took part in a panel discussion where she identified key energy policy trends and uncertainties, building on the insights of Chaillot Paper 177, 'The power shift: The impact of the low carbon transition on the oil and gas economy'.
In her intervention, she also revealed key bottlenecks to the EU’s energy trilemma rebalancing efforts in the months and years to come.
