From vision to action: making Europe safer – Getting the EU message across

The EU Institute for Security Studies, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Defence and Sports, in cooperation with the Centre for Liberal Strategies, hosted a workshop in Vienna on 5-6 December 2016 on the EU Global Strategy (EUGS). Participants discussed concrete elements of strategic communications when it comes to EU foreign policy and focusing specifically on security and defence in view of the forthcoming December European Council.
