Resilience: a strategic priority of EU external action

On 29 March, the EUISS, the EEAS and the European Policy Centre (EPC) jointly organised a consultation meeting which brought together experts from think-tanks as well as from European institutions to explore the concept of resilience in the Global Strategy.

This expert workshop sought to identify and analyse the main conceptual and operational challenges related to the preparation of the Joint Communication, under the authority of the HR/VP Federica Mogherini.
