Hybrid Threats and Critical Infrastructure Protection

Daniel Fiott delivered a presentation on hybrid threats and critical infrastructure protection at an informal meeting of the Horizontal Working Paper on Enhancing Resilience and Countering Hybrid Threats, Council of the EU. Fiott was joined by member state representatives for a discussion about the challenges of protecting critical infrastructure in a hybrid threats context.

Daniel stressed the importance of early warning and of better understanding how technological evolutions impact the Union’s ability to counter hybrid threats.
