How Ukraine is resisting the invasion

On 4 April, the EUISS and Eastern Circles co-organised a meeting on Ukraine in which two prominent Ukrainian journalists Tetyana Orgarkova and Volodymyr Yermolenko were invited to discuss the nation's military and civilian resistance against the Russian invasion.

Based on their travels through Ukraine and numerous eye-witness reports, they shared developments in the morale of Ukrainian citizens and soldiers and their strategies of resistance.

The meeting was chaired by Dr Stanislav Secrieru and Anastasiya Shapochkina.
