On 25 November, the CFI project hosted the Countering Foreign Interference (CFI) CSDP Network meeting, bringing together the Community of Practice focused on tackling Foreign Information and Manipulation Interference (FIMI) within the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).
The event provided an opportunity for the exchange between the CFI Project’s partners, EU institutions, relevant EU CSDP stakeholders, and EU delegations. It served as a platform to discuss situational awareness, emerging trends and possibilities to enhance capacities and effectively address foreign interference in a coordinated manner. Participants could exchange on tools, methodologies and policy responses to FIMI within the CSDP field.
