The EU’s approach to cybersecurity capacity building abroad

The purpose of the consultation was to collect the views of the civil society organisations concerning the EU's methodological and operational work in the area of cyber capacity building, and was part of the Cyber Capacity Building Task Force.

After introductory remarks by the Ambassador of the European Union to India and Bhutan, Tomasz Kozlowski, participants discussed the guiding values and principles of the EU's capacity building efforts. The event, funded by the EU Commission, was held on the side lines of the Global Conference on Cyberspace (GCCS) in New Delhi.
