On 23 April, Bojana Zorić, Associate Analyst for Western Balkans moderated a panel entitled ‘Different approaches, same goal: How a harmonised cybersecurity policy supports Western Balkans aspirations’ at the European Cyber Agora.
The panel addressed the strategic imperative of harmonising cybersecurity policies for nations aspiring to join the European Union, and explored cybersecurity as a critical component of the EU accession process. The experts delved into the dynamic evolution of cybersecurity expectations within the EU, alongside the strategic measures adopted by aspiring nations to navigate the intricate terrain of EU enlargement.
