"We are not neutral in this fight, we are on the side of Ukraine"

Our Director Steven Everts was quoted in a Euronews article discussing EU defence and military support for Ukraine. On the idea of sending European troops on the ground in Ukraine, he advised that "it should not be seen as a peacekeeping mission. The way to think about it is how [the EU] can shore up the capacity of Ukraine to defend itself."
