Tim Rühlig and Alicia Garcia-Herrero's Chaillot Paper, 'China – A fragile power? How Europe can use its economic leverage over Beijing', was mentioned in a Kleine Zeitung article on Europe's efforts to address progressive deindustrialisation resulting from China's strategy of global economic dominance (in German). 

The article cites the authors' argument that the situation should not be viewed solely through an economic policy lens since China's international economic influence relies less on the attractiveness of its vast market and more on coercive leverage.
