Steven Everts on 'Brussels, My Love' podcast

By: Steven Everts

Two weeks into the Iran war, our Director Steven Everts joined Euronews' 'Brussels, My Love' podcast to discuss the US administration's shifting war objectives, which suggest a lack of coherent strategy, and the role Europe can play in shaping a US exit strategy and pressuring Washington to avoid a prolonged conflict with uncertain results.

Steven argued that Europe has a clear interest in helping President Trump bring the war to an end as quickly as possible, suggesting the formation of a European coalition to exert pressure on the United States and other actors in order to avoid a drawn-out conflict with no tangible outcomes.
