Luigi Scazzieri quoted in Euronews

"As long as NATO exists, it will remain the primary framework for Europe's defence," remarked Luigi Scazzieri in Euractiv. 

He added that the EU's focus over the next year should be to develop ideas about what it can do as an institution to deter war and how it can support Member States in the event of an attack.
