China sends 2 000 workers to build battery power in Europe

As China is planning to send thousands of workers to Europe to build car battery factories, Joris Teer spoke with the Financial Times about the geopolitical logic behind Beijing’s industrial policy. With Xi Jinping determined to keep cutting edge technologies at home, this decreases Europe's chances of achieving reverse tech transfer.
