Although the Student List's priorities align with the democratic reforms required for Serbia's EU accession, "if we talk about foreign policy, it does not have to translate into direct support for the EU," Bojana Zorić emphasised in Diari ARA.
Nevertheless, since the the majority of voters who have backed the grassroots student movement are pro-European, she expects the new government to be "more constructive with European aspirations" and sees its victory as an opportunity to "reset" Serbia-EU relations. "We will see a new beginning in the negotiation process," she concluded. (in Catalan)
