On 13 March, the EUISS hosted the Council Working Party on Transatlantic Relations (COTRA) at the EUISS offices in Paris.
COTRA delegates participated in a scenario-based exercise, followed by discussions with EUISS analysts and Paris-based experts.
Talks covered the state of EU-US relations as well as EU-Canada ties, and underlined the impact that evolving transatlantic relations have on the EU’s foreign, security and defence policy.
