Amid increasing Russian threats, Ondřej Ditrych told Deutsche Welle that, "the baseline scenario is that the Baltics will be next in line and we need to take that risk very seriously. At the same time, we must not neglect the other regions where there can also be [...] a confrontation between Russia and NATO. The Arctic is the region that we should be looking at right now."
