Joris Teer mentioned in Brussels Signal

Joris Teer's speech at a recent antimony summit in Brussels was highlighted by Brussels Signal. 

During his speech, Joris explained that China uses rare earth export licences to "keep tabs" on which European factories depend on which materials. Europe's real vulnerability is at the processing stage, where China dominates, giving it leverage even over materials the EU considers "non-critical" at the mining level.
