EUISS traineeships offer university graduates and young professionals a unique opportunity to develop hands-on research skills, gain experience working within an EU agency, and deepen their understanding of the EU’s foreign and security policy landscape. Working at the EUISS
Throughout the programme, trainees work closely with a designated analyst who serves as mentor and supervisor. Trainees may also contribute to broader Institute-wide projects or support additional analyst portfolios, depending on operational needs.
