Ahead of October's EUCO summit and prompted by the unpredictability of the "Trump rollercoaster", our Director Steven Everts told Deutsche Welle that the most important thing Europeans need to do now is to really step on the accelerator when it comes to diplomacy.
"Let's not just wait until the next announcements come from here or from there. Pick up the phone, fly to DC yourself. And secondly, step up support for Ukraine," he remarked.
