On 13 March 2025, the EUISS convened a side session at the annual Paris Defence and Strategy Forum, focused on the forthcoming publication "Unpowering Russia".
The session, opened by Director Steven Everts and moderated by Ondrej Ditrych, featured remarks by Naďa Kovalčíková, Tim Rühlig, Caspar Hobhouse, and Gen. (Rtd.) Bruno Courtois.
