In an article analysing Europe's capacity to continue supporting Ukraine as the future of US military aid grows more uncertain, Luigi Scazzieri told the Kyiv Independent that a key question is whether the US would greenlight Europe to hand over the US interceptors produced in Europe to Ukraine.

"That could be a significant source of supply and there are signs that the US is willing to do so –  earlier this month it allowed Germany to transfer Patriots to Ukraine," said Luigi.

"This is a priority area for Europe both because of Ukraine's own urgent needs and because this is recognized as a gap in Europe's own defences."
