Giuseppe Spatafora on the possibility of the US actively impeding European NATO action

"That's no longer completely unimaginable," the analyst said to the Wall Street Journal. 

When asked about whether Europe could use NATO blueprints as a basis for its own defensive plans, Giuseppe argued that, "You have to use the best tools available. NATO's plans are a good model because components of national armies are being put together for that."
