EUISS workshop III on European defence: ambitions, visions and deliverables

On 17 October, the EUISS convened experts and policymakers to discuss the forthcoming implementation plan on security and defence. The third in this series, this EUISS workshop acted as a forum for Europe's leading minds on defence to comment on the formulation of defence policies and their communication to the public. The workshop built on the discussions held at workshops on the 6 July and 20 September, which each brought together approximately 20-30 participants from various think tanks and EU institutions.
