Call for expression of interest – Service Provider for 'EU Cyber Direct'

The EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) is seeking an EU-based company for website development for the new EU Cyber Direct project. The offer should address technical/visual specifications described in the Specifications Document. In addition, the offer should include the cost of 50 hours of support services for the period following the launch of the website to 3 months after the termination of the research project (February 2021). The successful company will be also required to purchase the domain and hosting services (website, email services) on behalf of the EUISS.

All interested applicants must complete the online application form, and attach a dossier which includes:

  • Up to 3 examples of previously delivered websites;
  • Offer explaining how all the elements listed in the specifications will be addressed, including the timeframe required to deliver the complete website;
  • List of any additional services which might be necessary for the delivery of the website;
  • Budget for the implementation of the website.

All services should be provided in English.

The deadline for submitting applications is 21 March 2018, 12:00 CET.
