Building resilience in the EU’s neighbouring and surrounding regions

On 8 March, the EUISS and DG NEAR jointly organised a Seminar which brought together experts from Europe’s Eastern and Southern neighbourhoods, as well as European institutions to explore the challenges and opportunities in building resilience in the EU’s surrounding regions.

The sessions were devoted to institutional and energy resilience in the East, state and societal resilience in the South and security sector reform in both regions.
