Barcelona 2010 Euro-Mediterranean relations Bilateral and multilateral dynamics: what synergies?

The discussion on the first question looked at issues surrounding the difficulties in developing the multilateralism, regional dynamics, the European Neighbourhood Policy, the Barcelona Process, and current political obstacles. In relation to the second question, 10 priorities for the Euro-Mediterranean process of inclusion were discussed.
