Dalia Ghanem at IEMed breakfast session

Dr Dalia Ghanem was invited as a guest speaker at an event organised by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) on how the EU can make sense of domestic and regional dynamics in the Maghreb. The event also discussed how certain trends have impacted the relationships of the EU with countries that have shown an increasing appetite to develop a transactional relationship with the EU.
